We understand that sometimes life happens! As a small business, a missed appointment or late cancellation directly impacts our ability to serve other clients and our team’s livelihoods. To ensure fairness and maintain our schedule, please be aware of the following policy:
– 12-Hour Notice Required: We require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice to cancel, reschedule, or change an existing appointment.
– Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee: Appointments that are canceled or changed with less than 12 hours’ notice or no-showed will be subject to a fee of 25% of the scheduled service cost.
– Future Booking: To book any future appointments with us, this fee must be paid in full.

Entendemos que a veces surgen imprevistos. Como pequeña empresa, una cita perdida o una cancelación tardía impacta directamente nuestra capacidad para atender a otros clientes y el sustento de nuestro equipo. Para garantizar la equidad y mantener nuestro horario, le rogamos que tenga en cuenta la siguiente política:
– Aviso de 12 Horas Requerido: Necesitamos un mínimo de 12 horas de aviso para cancelar, reprogramar o modificar una cita existente.
– Tarifa por Cancelación Tardía/No Presentarse (No Show): Las citas que se cancelen o cambien con menos de 12 horas de aviso o en las que el cliente no se presente (no show) estarán sujetas a una tarifa del 25% del costo del servicio programado.
– Reservas Futuras: Para reservar cualquier cita futura con nosotros, esta tarifa debe pagarse en su totalidad.
